Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) is seeking proposals for comprehensive roofing services and supplies across its facilities. - Government Buyer: Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) Procurement Department - Contact: Nicki Trice, Senior Buyer - Scope of Work: - Roofing repairs, maintenance, replacement, and waterproofing services - Includes alteration, modification, and maintenance of various roofing systems (single ply, modified bitumen, metal, shingles, built-up multiply) - Repair and replacement of flashing, roof membranes, drains, and other roofing components - Exterior wall sealant and backer rod removal and replacement - Vendors must provide labor rates for different crew sizes and roles (foreman, laborer, 2-man and 4-man crews) for both regular and overtime hours - All materials must be new and carry full factory warranties - Inside delivery, installation, and trash removal required when applicable - Products/Services Requested: - Roofing supplies and materials for various roof types - Labor for repairs and maintenance (hourly and daily rates for different crew configurations) - Waterproofing services - Notable Requirements: - Vendors must not be associated with proprietary sales or have links to distributors and material manufacturers for maintenance services - Submission of catalog or price list required - Compliance with LISD insurance and public records policies - Pre-employment or pre-service affidavits required for service providers - All products and services must comply with local, state, and federal regulations - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; opportunity is open to all qualified providers - Contract Structure: - Initial term of two years, with two optional two-year renewals (up to six years total) - LISD may auto-renew unless notified 90 days prior to renewal - May result in single or multiple awards at district's discretion

Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) is seeking proposals for roofing repairs, maintenance, replacement, waterproofing services, and supplies. The scope includes alteration, modification, and maintenance of roofing systems and equipment. Vendors must not be associated with proprietary sales or links to distributors and material manufacturers when providing roof maintenance. The RFP may be awarded to multiple proposers or a single proposer at the district's discretion. The initial contract term is from October 2026 to October 2028, with options to renew for two additional two-year terms.
