Description

This solicitation is for a 2-year concession contract at Glendale Fish and Wildlife Area. The concessionaire will be responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and grounds of the campground, which includes 121 campsites, a comfort station with showers and flush toilets, 4 pit toilets, a fish cleaning station, multiple water hydrants, and a dump station. The contract term starts on January 1, 2027, or from the date of the last state signature, and ends December 31, 2028, with possible renewal by mutual consent.
