Description
The City of Missoula Parks and Recreation Department is requesting proposals to design, provide, and install playground equipment and poured-in-place safety surfacing at the new park on North Scott Street located at 1930 Shakespeare Street. The project includes the design of a play system within the constructed play area boundaries and installation of commercial grade playground equipment, necessary footings, base course, and poured-in-place fall zone material. Ancillary infrastructure such as sidewalks, concrete containment curb, landscaping, and dry sumps will be constructed under a separate contract and is expected to be completed by May 31, 2027. Playground construction is scheduled for late spring and early summer of 2027, with completion expected no later than June 30, 2027.
