Description
The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone for navigable waters within 200 yards west of Carlos Rosario Beach, Culebra, Puerto Rico. This safety zone is necessary to protect personnel, vessels, and the marine environment from potential hazards related to unexploded ordnance and its removal operations. Entry into this zone is prohibited unless authorized by the Captain of the Port, Sector San Juan, or their designated representative.
