Description

The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) is seeking approval for an Information Collection Request (ICR) under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The ICR relates to the System Safety Program (SSP) which requires passenger rail operations to develop and implement safety programs to identify and mitigate railroad safety hazards, including a Fatigue Risk Management Program (FRMP).
