The Securities and Exchange Commission has announced the filing and immediate effectiveness of a proposed rule change by NYSE Arca, Inc. to introduce a new one-minute interval intra-day report. This report will provide a summary of trading activity on the Exchange at the option level by origin, side of the market, contract volume, and transaction type, updated every one minute during the trading day. The product is proprietary to the Exchange and aims to provide market participants with more frequent and detailed trading data to aid in trading decisions and strategy development. The proposal is voluntary and intended to enhance market data offerings in line with similar products from other exchanges.
