This solicitation is for elevator maintenance and repair services for the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), District 02, New Orleans East Area Office located at 14101 Old Gentilly Road, New Orleans, LA 70129. The contract will be effective for 36 months starting from the date of award, with an option to extend for two additional 12-month periods.
