Salt Lake City Corporation's Department of Airports is soliciting Statements of Qualification and Experience from qualified firms to provide professional services for the FAA contract tower construction at South Valley Regional Airport. Services include site selection, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance, and design of a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Contract Air Traffic Control Tower (FCT) and related infrastructure. The contract term is expected to commence around October 16, 2026, and last for five years with possible extensions. Respondents must have verifiable experience with at least three FAA Contract Towers and be in good standing with the City.
