Description

North Country Rural Development Coalition (NRDC) is seeking proposals from qualified firms and professionals to provide on-call private well and onsite wastewater/septic testing and inspection services for residential properties participating in federally and state-funded housing and community development programs. The services include inspection, functional testing, water-quality sampling, evaluation, documentation, and reporting of private wells and septic systems. Additional limited professional services such as preparation of stamped plans may be authorized. The contract will establish one or more on-call service agreements with fixed rates per property/project and hourly rates for additional services.
