Roswell Park Cancer Institute Corp. is seeking proposals from General Construction firms to provide professional management services for the construction of the second phase of the Community Outreach Center on Michigan Avenue. The project will expand the community resource footprint by approximately 4,600 square feet, adding a classroom, collaboration room, community co-working rooms, drop-down areas, public gathering space, and an expanded community gallery. Additional private offices and hoteling workstations will be added to support increased staff, along with a partial second story and basement for future growth and storage.
