Description
The Authority provides the Access-A-Ride (AAR) Service, an origin-to-destination, demand responsive, shared ride paratransit service for individuals meeting eligibility criteria under the ADA. The Authority operates the AAR Service through dedicated and non-dedicated models, with this contract requiring the Contractor to provide the service under the dedicated model as a primary carrier.
