Description

The Authority provides the Access-A-Ride (AAR) Service, an origin-to-destination, demand responsive, shared ride paratransit service for individuals meeting eligibility criteria under the ADA. The service is solely for the transportation of Customers, PCAs, and Guests. The Authority operates the AAR Service through dedicated and non-dedicated models, with this contract requiring the Contractor to provide the service under the dedicated model as a primary carrier. The contract term is 5 years base with 2 option years, and the service is state-wide.
