Description

Contractor shall provide Fort Sill Pre-Hospital Emergency Medical Services (PHEMS) with a charting solution that offers dynamic electronic data collection and management solutions for emergency medical services. It provides mobile access to web-based applications at a low cost and no additonal hardware or software expenses. The suite enables rapid data acquistion and dissemination to external organization and third-party software through various interfaces. While pre-hosptial information management focuses on medical records, emergency care providers have broader needs. The charting application should create an intranet dedicated to improving the organization's information management.
