The Capital Regional District (CRD) is seeking a qualified engineering consultant to undertake a condition assessment and strategic repair/replacement evaluation of the Highlands Fernwood Middle Reservoir located on Salt Spring Island. The reservoir has a capacity of 40,000 gallons and supplies approximately 330 connections. An optional site visit is scheduled for 1 PM on August 25th at the reservoir location.
