Description

This Request for Proposal is an invitation by BCNET to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Student Housing Mattresses, as further described in Part 2 – RFP Particulars. BCNET is a not-for-profit, shared services organization representing colleges, universities, and research institutes in British Columbia. The intention of this RFP is to select and enter into negotiations with the top ranking Proponent to enter into a single Master Agreement that meets and/or exceeds the objectives of this RFP.
