Vendors should provide pricing for 2 Gbps, 3 Gbps, 4 Gbps, 5 Gbps, and 10 Gbps service options, with pricing provided for 12-, 36-, and 60-month terms. Proposals must identify all applicable Monthly Recurring Charges (MRC), Non-Recurring Charges (NRC), and any Special Construction Charges. Completion and submission of the mandatory pricing worksheet is required, and failure to provide all requested pricing or complete the worksheet may result in disqualification.
