10 August 2026: The purpose of this amendment is as summarized on page 2, Summary of Changes of Amendment 0001. The changes include 1. Provide additional Government Point of Contact (POC) which resulted in the following updated sections and attachment: RFP Section 1.2.1. Government POC and RFP Attachment: B08-W912PF26RA011_ATT C_PPQ_AMD01, 2. Revise the Corporate Experience (Factor 2.1) in response to industry feedback received during pre-proposal inquiries (PPI) received. Specifically, Section 4.2.1.1.1(e) from five (5) years to eight (8) years and Sections 4.2.1.1.1(a) and 4.2.1.2. to clarify Secondary Attribute experience does NOT need to be demonstrated within a project meeting the size and core sewer/basin scope relevancy requirements to be credited. 3. Provide Government responses to Pre-Proposal Inquiries (PPI) #1 – 14, and 4.
