Description

The U.S. Department of State, U.S. Embassy Singapore, intends to issue Request for Quotations number 19SN1026Q0026 for the purchase and delivery of one new passenger vehicle.

The vehicle must meet the specifications contained in the solicitation and all applicable requirements for registration and lawful operation in Singapore. The vehicle is intended for official diplomatic use and must be eligible for registration in the name of the U.S. Embassy Singapore. The contractor will be required to provide the documentation and reasonable administrative support necessary for the Embassy to obtain applicable approvals from the Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs and complete registration with the Land Transport Authority.

The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price contract or purchase order to the responsible quoter submitting the lowest-priced technically acceptable quotation. The Government may make award based on initial quotations without discussions.

The solicitation will include the vehicle specifications, delivery requirements, quotation submission instructions, evaluation criteria, and applicable contract terms and conditions.

The solicitation and any amendments will be posted on SAM.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring SAM.gov for the solicitation and any amendments. Individual notices will not be provided.

All responsible sources may submit a quotation in accordance with the instructions contained in the solicitation.

SAM Registration

Quoters must have an active registration in the System for Award Management at SAM.gov when submitting a quotation and must remain registered through contract award and payment, unless an exception applies under FAR 4.1102.

Prospective quoters are encouraged to begin the registration process as early as possible. SAM registration is free.

This is a pre-solicitation notice only. It is not a Request for Quotations, and the solicitation is not available at this time. Quotations submitted in response to this notice will not be accepted.

The Government is not obligated to issue the solicitation or award a contract as a result of this notice. The Government will not reimburse interested parties for costs incurred in responding to this notice or preparing for the anticipated solicitation.
