(Supplier/Agency in Japan) - Products/Services Requested: - 2 units of PORTACOUNT Respirator Fit Tester 8048 (Part Number: 8048) - OSHA-compliant for all respirators, including N95 facepieces - Includes atomizer type particle generator, Japanese operation manual, on-site setup and training, USB computer interface cable - Software supports secure cloud connectivity and compatibility with existing fit testers (models 8030 and 8038) - Contractor to provide after services, including instruction sessions and repairs - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Delivery to SRF and JRMC Yokosuka, Japan - On-site setup and training required - Japanese language operation manual included - Ongoing service support and repairs required - Only authorized TSI dealers/distributors in Japan are eligible

NOTE This is a sole source solicitation for authorized TSI dealers/distributors only.

This is a competitive, unrestricted action among sources duly authorized to operate and do business in JAPAN. Quoters may be required to submit additional documentation demonstrating their ability to perform in Japan prior to award.

Quotation for this solicitation must be on an "ALL or NONE" basis. Partial or incomplete quotations are ineligible for award. Award will be made to the responsible quoter which is considered the most advantageous to the Government.

Quoters may request clarification of any specification or contract term. No verbal requests for information will be accepted by the Contracting Officer or his/her Technical Representative. Quoter's questions must be submitted to the Contract Specialist in writing via email: Masanori.Rokutan2.LN@us.navy.mil. All requests for clarification on the subject solicitation shall be emailed to the Contract Specialist by 17 AUG 2026, 04:00 P.M. Japan Time.
