THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS NOR QUATATIONS.

The Government intends to solicit this requirement directly from suppliers IAW RFO FAR 12.201-1(c)(2) for firm-fixed price contract to perform replace of air conditioning units, Camp Zama in Japan, award date is around 18 Sep 2026 (subject to change).

Description of Services:

The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items or services necessary to replace Air Conditioning (AC) units in Bldg. 160, Camp Zama (CZ).  The contractor shall perform in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS), commercial standards, practices, and the manufacturer’s specifications.

The contractor shall be responsible for their employees have the following current and valid professional certification for the entire life of this contract.  A copy of the certificates or permits must be submitted prior to contract award.

Electrician License, 2nd Class License or Higher (電気工事士2種以上)

Note 1:   All work for this project shall be performed exclusively in Japan. The contract price shall be inclusive of all travel and lodging expenses required for project execution.
