This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR part 12, using Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items found at FAR subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written notice will not be issued.

PSNS & IMF, located in Bremerton, WA, is requesting a quote from your firm for the item(s) listed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Solicitation N4523A26Q5735 is being issued for the lease of one (1) 500kW Diesel Generator, one (1) 1000kW Diesel Generator, and one (1) 1600A Automatic Trasnfer Switch. Place of performance is PSNS & IMF, Bremerton, WA.

Period of performance:

500kW Diesel Generator: 29 September 2026 – 25 November 2026, with the option to extend to 23 December 2026.

1,000kW Diesel Generator: 29 September 2026 – 02 April 2027

Automatic Transfer Switch: 29 September 2026 – 02 April 2027
