Description

The Texas Army National Guard intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with up to three (3) BPA holders for clothing items in support of the Recruitment Sustainment Program (RSP). Each awarded BPA will be for a five (5) year ordering period. The ceiling for each BPA holder is $349,999.00 for the entire five-year period. See FAR Provision 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors and 52.212-2 for evaluation factors. Physical samples are required. Please submit all questions regarding this solicitation via email to ng.tx.txarng.mbx.uspfo-tx-pc1@army.mil. The deadline for questions is no later than 10:00 AM CDT on August 20, 2026. All questions and answers will be posted publicly on SAM.gov. It is the vendors responsibility to regularly monitor the website for updates. No late Q/As or quotes will be considered by the Government. Note (1): DFARS 252.225-7012 (Preference for Certain Domestic Commodities) is incorporated by reference and fully applies to all apparel and textile items in this solicitation.
