This procurement seeks contractor services for epoxy flooring installation and repair at the U.S. Air National Guard's Warfield Air National Guard Base, Building 3010, Middle River, MD. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air National Guard, Warfield Air National Guard Base - Scope of Work: - Installation and repair of epoxy flooring over approximately 12,166 sq. ft. - Includes: - Concrete floor grinding and polishing (7,840 sq. ft.) - Mill & cap joint filler (134 linear feet) - Joint shoulder rebuild repair (540 linear feet) - Popout repairs (160 locations) - Cementitious repair (2 sq. ft.) - Moisture mitigating coating installation (4,326 sq. ft.) - Contractor Requirements: - Provide all labor, equipment, and materials (except utilities) - Adhere to strict quality standards and government inspections - Comply with security, identification, and facility access requirements - No specific OEMs or product part numbers are specified; contractor selects appropriate materials meeting quality and performance standards - All work must be completed within 90 calendar days of Notice to Proceed, during specified work hours - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Detailed quality standards for each repair and installation task - Government inspection and acceptance of work - Security and compliance protocols for personnel and site access

Description

The 175th Maryland Air National Guard has a requirement to install an epoxy flooring to Warehouse Building 3010 on base. Please refer to the Attachment #1 Statement of Work and other attached documentation for a more detailed description for the work to be done on the project.
