Air Force Procurement of Advanced Multirotor sUASs (Skydio X10D or Equal)

The Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC), under the Air Force Materiel Command, is seeking to acquire advanced multirotor small unmanned aircraft systems (sUASs). - Procuring 2 units of Skydio X10D 3D Scan Starter solution with SL and IR NA VT300-L, or equivalent sUASs - Only Skydio is named as an OEM, but 'or equal' alternatives are permitted - Required sUAS features: - Maximum weight: 6 lbs - 360-degree obstacle avoidance with over 40-foot range - Primary imaging sensor: at least 48 MP - Thermal camera: 30milliKelvin sensitivity - Command and control radio range: over 5 miles - GNSS navigation with no geofence limits - NDAA compliance, including encrypted storage - Sunlight-readable controller display - Must include loudspeaker, dropper, and infrared attachments - All products must meet detailed salient characteristics as outlined in the solicitation attachments - No specific part numbers or additional OEMs are listed in the documentation
