The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Office of Investigative Technology, is seeking specialized surveillance equipment to support covert operations. - Government Buyer: - Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Office of Investigative Technology, Office of Acquisition (FA) - Products Requested: - 10 Green Mamba ground-based concealments with batteries, cameras, and modems - 10 Sidewinder battery systems with batteries - 10 Green Mamba batteries (spares) - 22 Sidewinder batteries (2 per Sidewinder system plus 2 spares) - Shipping services for all equipment and batteries - OEMs: - No specific OEMs are named; brand name or equivalent products are acceptable - Requirements & Notable Details: - All items must be provided as a complete package (all-or-none basis) - Technical acceptability and delivery time are key evaluation factors - Vendors must include all part numbers in their quotes - Voluntary Product/Service Accessibility Template (VPAT) information is required - Quotes must remain valid for 90 days - Compliance with federal security, privacy, and contract management requirements is emphasized - Delivery to DEA facility in Lorton, VA

Please see the attached Request for Quote (RFQ) for the procurement of the 10 Green Mamba ground-based concealments with cameras, modems and batteries. 10 Sidewinder battery systems with batteries. These concealments will help support the DEA's Office of Investigations. The purpose of this procurement is to procure the replenish of the Green Mamba ground-based concealments with cameras, modems and batteries & Sidewinder battery systems with batteries to DEA Office of Investigations Technology.

In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a RFQ which shall be considered by the agency. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The acquisition will be conducted through the FAR Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures." The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 34290. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation.

Important Submission Requirements:

 * Late quotes will not be accepted.

 * Consider providing 10 Green Mamba ground-based concealments with cameras, modems and batteries. 10 Sidewinder battery systems with batteries or  equivalent with total cost, if available.

 * All offers must be submitted on an ALL OR NONE basis, and all part numbers must be included on your quote.

 * The award will be based on technically acceptable/lowest price. To be considered technically acceptable, all requested items in the RFQ must be provided.

 * Delivery time will also be a factor in the evaluation.

 * Brand name or Equivalent products are permitted.

 * Please include Voluntary Product/Service Accessibility (VPATs) information. Quotes must remain valid for 90 days from the submission date to be considered.
