This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes a solicitation for quotes/bids.The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), Caribbean Islands National Wildlife Refuge Complex, has identified a need for professional microbial assessment and remediation services within Quarters #1 at Culebra National Wildlife Refuge. Previous rehabilitation efforts identified the presence of microbial growth and moisture intrusion concerns within the structure. To ensure a safe and habitable environment, the Refuge requires comprehensive mold detection, remediation, and moisture mitigation plans and construction to address affected building materials and prevent future microbial growth. All work shall be performed in accordance with applicable federal, state, and industry standards for mold remediation and indoor environmental quality.The construction magnitude is estimated to be between $15,000 to $21,000.00.
