Description

The National Capital Commission (NCC) is seeking Maintenance Management Services to support high standards of service excellence at the best cost for the Commission's corelands. The services aim to ensure public health and safety, protect and preserve assets, and provide an enjoyable experience of NCC sites as part of the Nation's Capital. The contract duration is 72 months starting April 1, 2027, with options to extend. The procurement method is competitive open bidding, and the selection criteria is the highest combined rating of technical merit and price.
