This opportunity is for the procurement of C-5 Main Landing Gear Stands and associated operation and maintenance manuals to support the 402d Aircraft Maintenance Group at Robins Air Force Base. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC), 402d Aircraft Maintenance Group (AMXG), Maintenance Division (MXDEB) - Primary contacts: Landon Johnson (402 AMXG/MXDEB) and Nikia Streeter (AFSC-ROBINS) - Products/Services Requested: - Four (4) C-5 Main Landing Gear Stands - Aluminum construction, fixed height (65"), minimum 5" x 2" swivel locking casters (polyurethane or metal) - Platform minimum 105" long x 48" wide, diamond plate treads - Adjustable/removable handrails (minimum 42" high with 21" mid rails) - Minimum 1,000-pound capacity, rubber bumpers - Delivery FOB Destination within 90 days after order - One-year warranty from shipping date - Operation and Maintenance Manuals (one hardcopy and one electronic copy) - Must include technical information, specifications, operational instructions, drawings, schematics, maintenance instructions, and recommended spare parts list - Manuals must be legible, in English, and delivered within seven days after equipment acceptance - Unique/Notable Requirements: - 100% Small Business Women-Owned set-aside - All parts, materials, and transport for delivery must be provided by the contractor - Comprehensive documentation required for delivered equipment - No specific OEMs or part numbers are named in the solicitation or attachments.

Description

This is a one time supply purchase of C-5 Main Landing Gear Stands.   The Contractor shall supply all parts, materials, and transport necessary to deliver four (4) C-5 Main Landing Gear Stands. The equipment must provide maintenance access to the C-5 main landing gear in support of the 402d Aircraft Maintenance Group AMXG) at Robins Air Force Base (AFB), Georgia.  

Contractor shall provide:

one (1) hardcopy and one (1) electronic copy of operation and maintenance manuals on all equipment delivered within seven (7) calendar days after inspection/acceptance of equipment. The manual shall include technical information, specifications, operational instructions, drawings, schematics, equipment maintenance instructions, and/or any other applicable information such as a recommended spare parts list.
