Description

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) delivery order of USCIS Retirement Plaques. Plaques shall be 11x14 solid cherry wood finish with gold plate and agency-specific medallion. The gold plate is a 3” die struck brass seal surrounded by brass ring and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) seal. See the attached Request for Quote, SF 1449 for complete terms and conditions, and picture. Substitutions are not acceptable. Contractors shall identify if quantity discount pricing applies. Interested bidders shall complete the SF 1449 form and include any commercial terms and conditions. Evaluation of bids will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation methodology with technical acceptability based on meeting the specifications identified in the Description of Requirements (DOR).
