The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is seeking a supplier for custom retirement plaques over a five-year period. - Government Buyer: - Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Office of Contracting - Products/Services Requested: - Custom retirement plaques, 11" x 14" solid wood with cherry finish - Gold/velour/gold plate - 3" die-struck brass DHS seal surrounded by a brass ring - Agency-specific medallion - No substitutions allowed; strict adherence to specifications required - Delivery required within five business days of order - Surge quantities may be ordered in addition to base quantities - Quantities: - Base period: up to 600 plaques, plus 120 surge - Each of four option years: up to 400 plaques, plus 80 surge per year - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Fast turnaround (5 business days) - Surge capacity for increased demand - Coordination with designated ordering contacts - No specific OEMs or vendors named; open to qualified manufacturers - Evaluation based on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) - Set aside for SBA-eligible businesses

Description

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) delivery order of USCIS Retirement Plaques. Plaques shall be 11x14 solid cherry wood finish with gold plate and agency-specific medallion. The gold plate is a 3” die struck brass seal surrounded by brass ring and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) seal. See the attached Request for Quote, SF 1449 for complete terms and conditions, and picture. Substitutions are not acceptable. Contractors shall identify if quantity discount pricing applies. Interested bidders shall complete the SF 1449 form and include any commercial terms and conditions. Evaluation of bids will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation methodology with technical acceptability based on meeting the specifications identified in the Description of Requirements (DOR).
