NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE
Marine Corps Field Contracting System, Marine Corps Installations East, Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Stryker Sales, LLC, 3800 E Centre Avenue, Portage, Michigan 49002, United States in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.102(a), that only one source reasonably available under Restrictive Rights.
THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
This requirement is requesting the purchase of annual service maintenance on LifePak 15 Cardiac Monitors and Power Load Stretchers/System. All equipment is manufactured by Stryker Sales, LLC. This service ensures that this critical equipment remains in operational condition. The OEM approved maintenance service must be performed as directed by manufacturer’s recommendation to ensure the equipment remains in operation.
