The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) at the U.S. Embassy Bogota is seeking quotations for advanced AI-capable server infrastructure and related services. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL), U.S. Embassy Bogota, INL Procurement Unit - Products Requested: - 3 rack-type servers with hypervisor capabilities (HP or equivalent) - Minimum 2 latest-generation Intel Xeon 6 processors (24 cores each) - 512 GB DDR5 RAM - 2x 960 GB SSDs in RAID 1 with RAID controller (NVMe support) - 4 fiber optic Ethernet ports at 25 GbE (SFP28 modules) - 4 USB 3.0 ports - Manufacturer's remote management card - Windows Server Standard OS licensing or Linux support subscription - 3 years technical support and hardware maintenance - Services Requested: - 40 hours of operator training in Spanish (theoretical and practical) - DBA (Defense Base Act) insurance for workers - Shipping and delivery to INL warehouse in Bogota, Colombia - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Warranty: Minimum 12 months locally supported - Technical support and hardware maintenance: At least 3 years - Post-delivery technical accompaniment: Minimum 3 months - Training must be in Spanish and cover all system components - Delivery required within 45 days after order - OEMs: - No specific OEMs mandated; HP or equivalent is acceptable. The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) at the U.S. Embassy in Bogota invites you to submit a quotation for the TECHNOLOGICAL EQUIPMENT FOR AI service.

All interested sellers should submit the quotations according to the attached INL_RFQ-PR15372268 no later than August 24, 2026 at 4:00 pm via e-mail to LopezJF@state.gov and BogotaINLSolicitation@state.gov. No quotations will be accepted after this time.  

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.202, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested by this notice alone, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The resultant purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 12.To be considered for award, please follow the instructions included in Section 3 of the INL-RFQ Document.
