The Government is requesting that restrictive or proprietary markings not be used in response to this notice. If a solicitation is released, it is will be synopsized in the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website or GSA. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to monitor these sites for additional information pertaining to this RFI.
The anticipated Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for the North American Classification code (NAICS) 339113 is 800 employees.
1. Purpose: The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) hereby issues the following Sources Sought Notice as a Request for Information (RFI). This RFI is being used for Market Research purposes only to seek contractors with the capability to provide the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) with the purchase of Sterilization Caskets for Endoscopes IAW attached draft Statement of Work.

- Opportunity: CAVHS is seeking information from potential contractors on their ability to provide this service. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. Small Business Concerns are encouraged to provide responses to this RFI to assist the CAVHS in determining potential levels of competition available in the industry.

STATEMENT OF WORK Sterilization Trays for ENF-GP2 Endoscopes Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS)
SCOPE The vendor shall deliver sterilization trays compatible with hydrogen peroxide sterilization or VPro. Tray needs to be configured to secure hold ENF-GP2 endoscopes or camara heads. GENERAL GUIDANCE Contractor will deliver sterilization trays compatible with hydrogen peroxide sterilization or VPro. Tray needs to be configured to secure hold ENF-GP2 endoscopes or camara heads.
GOVERNMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The government will receive sterilization trays at 2200 Ft Roots building 182 North Little Rock AR 72114 .
CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS
Contractor will deliver sterilization trays compatible with hydrogen peroxide sterilization within a VPro maX and VPro maX 2 with lumen and non lumen cycles. Lumen cycles sterilization I.D and Length Steris VPro MaX Lumen cycle > 0.77 mm x < 527 mm (dual channel) Steris VPro MaxX Flexible cycle > 1mm x < 1050 mm (single lumen) Steris VPro MaX2 Lumen cycle > 0.77 mm x < 527 mm (dual channel) Steris VPro MaX2 Flexible > 1mm x < 1050 mm (single lumen) Steris VPro MaX2 and VPro Max - non lumen cycles
Tray needs to be configured to secure hold ENF-GP2 endoscopes, light guide adapter (MAJ-900) and ETO cap (MB-156) and prevent the insertion section from over flexing and damaging the thin elastic covering. Tray needs to be configured to secure camara heads/light source (WA91500A and or WA91502A) to prevent form damage caused by over flexing the light cords. All inserts or accessories within the sterilization tray must meet sterilization standards stated above 1 to 5. Trays and accessories must be able to be manually cleaned in Ph neutral or enzymatic detergent. Current products used is Prolystica enzymatic and Prolystica HP Neutral detergent for manual cleaning and Prolystica HP enzymatic and Prolystical HP Neutral detergent in washer disinfectors. Sterilization trays must be 23.5x11x4 inches and 11.1x11x4 inches.
