This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 under the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO), incorporating applicable construction requirements under FAR Part 36. This solicitation incorporated provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 dated March 13, 2026. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Due to FLETC’s security requirements, all contractors intending to attend the site visit must submit a completed FLETC Form 121-00-02 Visitor Vendor Access Request form (Attachment 11) to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist no later than August 21, 2026, 11:00 A.M. EDT. The site visit is not mandatory, but quoters are highly encouraged to attend.
