This opportunity is for the supply of vehicles and motorcycles to the U.S. Embassy Bogota's Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) for donation to the Government of Colombia. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL), U.S. Embassy Bogota - Products Requested: - 1 compact sedan vehicle (equivalent to Hyundai HB20, Chevrolet, or Renault) - New, locally common model - At least 5-passenger seating, 4X2 drivetrain, manual or automatic transmission, petrol fuel - Muted exterior colors, compliant with Colombian emissions standards - Equipped with first aid kit, fire extinguisher, rear camera, anti-theft system, reinforced tinted windows, six or more airbags - Minimum 100 hp and 137 Nm torque - Includes mandatory insurance and registration under Colombian National Police - 3 dual sport motorcycles (equivalent to Yamaha FZ 250 or Suzuki V-Strom 250) - New, single-cylinder four-stroke engine, seating for 2, petrol fuel - Muted colors, Euro 3 or superior emissions compliance - Minimum 16 hp - Equipped with side stand, engine guard, luggage rack, handlebar guards, tool kit, two full-face helmets, knee and elbow pads, gloves, raincoats, and high-resistance luggage box - Includes mandatory insurance and registration under Colombian National Police - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All vehicles and motorcycles must be new, locally common, and compliant with Colombian regulations - Delivery must include all required documentation and customs clearance - Warranty and local service support are required - Items will be donated to the Government of Colombia

The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) at the U.S. Embassy in Bogota invites you to submit a quotation for the  acquisition of VEHICLE AND MOTORCICLES COLOMBIA.

All interested sellers should submit the quotations according to the attached INL_RFQ-PR15372267 no later than August 24, 2026 at 4:00 pm via e-mail to LopezJF@state.gov and BogotaINLSolicitation@state.gov. No quotations will be accepted after this time.  

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.202, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested by this notice alone, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The resultant purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 12.To be considered for award, please follow the instructions included in Section 3 of the INL-RFQ Document.
