The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Shelter Roof Replacement, Buffumville Lake, Charlton, MA

QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROCUREMENT WILL NOT BE ANSWERED DURING THE PRESOLICITATION PHASE.  SUBMIT QUESTIONS TO THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST AFTER THE SOLICITATION AND ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN POSTED.

THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all materials, equipment and labor to remove and dispose of the existing asphalt roofing shingles, nails and tar paper and install a new structural standing seam metal roof with no exposed fasteners on one picnic shelter in Buffumville Lake Park, Charlton, MA.
