The City of Mableton is seeking a highly qualified multidisciplinary consulting team to provide integrated small area planning, urban design, redevelopment planning, market and fiscal analysis, and implementation services. The project aims to establish a coordinated, community-informed framework for various corridors, activity centers, redevelopment sites, employment districts, gateways, neighborhood transition areas, and emerging growth areas.
