The United States Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Mobility Aircraft office at Robins Air Force Base, is seeking sources for APX-119 Identification of Friend or Foe (IFF) Transponder software licenses and related support for the C-5M Super Galaxy fleet. - Government Buyer: - United States Air Force - Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) - Office: AFLCMC/WLS, Robins AFB, GA - Products/Services Requested: - 60 software licenses for the APX-119 IFF Transponder (L.4 executable software) - For use on C-5M Super Galaxy aircraft and support laboratories - Includes installation packages, release notes, version descriptions, configuration records, test reports, cybersecurity artifacts (SBOM/Vulnerability Scans), and user manuals - Delivery of software and documentation on physical media - Technical support during the Government acceptance period to resolve software defects and configuration issues - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Software must be compliant with Technical Standard Order (TSO) standards - Delivery required within 60 days of contract award (or as approved by the C-5M Program Manager) - Cybersecurity deliverables (SBOM, vulnerability scans) are required - Support for defect resolution during integration and operational laboratory testing - OEMs/Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - The opportunity is focused on enabling and maintaining critical IFF and TCAS capabilities for the C-5M fleet

Description

Enable the existing Traffic Colllision Avoidance System (TCAS) capabilities while selectively inhibiting position reporting syetms. This will come through the software licenses we are purchasing.
