Description
The Regional Procurement Office (RPO) West, on behalf of VISN 22, hereby issues a notice of intent to pursue a non-competitive procurement with Thundercat Technology, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), for a commercially available, FedRAMP-authorized, cloud-hosted Interactive Patient Care (IPC) ecosystem (Get Well Network). This solution will support inpatient education and engagement, digital care management, and mobile rounding for approximately four inpatient beds. It includes all required hardware, software, implementation, training, and ongoing support.
The Contractor shall provide a turnkey solution, including equipment, software licenses, installation, configuration, interfaces, support services, and training necessary to deliver a fully operational system in a production environment hosted in AWS GovCloud. The intended site is Phoenix Veterans Affairs Health Care System, 650 East Indian School Road, Phoenix, AZ 85012-1839.
