Description

The Capital Regional District (CRD) is seeking a qualified engineering consultant to conduct a condition assessment and strategic repair/replacement evaluation of the Highlands Fernwood Middle Reservoir on Salt Spring Island. The reservoir is a 40,000-gallon potable water tank supplying approximately 330 connections. An optional site visit is scheduled for August 25th at 1 PM at the reservoir location. Submissions must be delivered as specified in the RFP by September 10, 2026, at 3:00 PM.
