Description

This solicitation is for the purchase of mitigation credits to offset wetland impacts for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Project I-75 from north of Golden Gate to south of Corkscrew. It is a 24-month term contract where the vendor agrees to furnish wetland mitigation bank credits on an as-needed basis to meet the Department's mitigation needs per project at specified bid prices. Vendors must have approved banking instruments (permits) and available federal and/or state wetland mitigation bank credits or conservation bank credits that meet the solicitation requirements. The Department does not guarantee any specific quantity of mitigation credits to be purchased. The solicitation is currently open with responses due by August 24, 2026.
