Description

This solicitation is for restoring and expanding a structured, evidence-based treatment court program serving justice-involved individuals with substance use disorders (SUDs). The program will maintain 15-20 participants concurrently and serve approximately 25 individuals annually. Participants complete the program within 12-18 months through a structured five-phase model that gradually reduces treatment intensity as participants achieve stability and sustained recovery. Funding will support four essential program components not covered by Medicaid, private insurance, or existing local funding sources, including contracting with a 1.0 FTE Peer Support Specialist to provide transportation assistance, home visits, appointment accompaniment, recovery mentoring, and crisis support to program participants.
