Description

The solicitation W912PQ26QA031 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the USP&FO for New York, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Latham, NY. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Periodic Health Assessments (PHA) throughout New York State as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for NYARNG MEDCOM.

Principle NAICS is 621112 and size standard is $13,500,000.00. This requirement is a total small business set aside.

All questions/RFI's must be submitted in writitng to dolan.p.brammer2.civ@army.mil and melissa.santoro2.civ@army.mil no later than 18 August 2026 at 3:00 pm E.T.

All quotes must be submitted by email to dolan.p.brammer2.civ@army.mil and melissa.santoro2.civ@army.mil by 27 August 2026 9:00 am E.T.

These quotes shall conform to the requirements of 52.212-1 listed in the solicitation. The Government will not accept partial quotes/offers. Award will be made without discussions.

Award will be made based on price and other factors shown below. All pricing must be provided, this requirement will not be split. 

Wage Determination 2015-4187 (Westchester) and Wage Determination 2015-4143 (Albany) applies and is attached.
