This solicitation is for Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified firms to provide Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services for the Capital Connector Project and WVDOH Section 401.7 Verification Testing services for the City FANS Route. The Capital Connector Project involves a federally funded multimodal improvement initiative along Kanawha Boulevard East and Greenbrier Street, including roadway reconfiguration, pedestrian and bicycle infrastructure, and structural improvements.
