The City of Charleston is soliciting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified firms to provide Construction Administration services for the Capital Connector Project, a multimodal transportation and pedestrian improvement project along a 3.8-mile corridor of Kanawha Boulevard East and Greenbrier Street in Charleston, West Virginia. The project includes roadway reconfiguration, shared-use path and trail improvements, pedestrian and bicycle infrastructure, traffic signal modifications, lighting, stormwater management, and structural improvements to the Kanawha Boulevard Bridge.
