Description

The Travis County Healthcare District, doing business as Central Health, is seeking up to three vendors to provide catalogs for professional audio-visual (AV) equipment and services, as well as live-video production services and equipment for community events and other public and special meetings as needed. The purpose of this RFP is to secure competitive pricing from AV vendors in the Austin and Travis County area, including those not participating in cooperative contracts. Central Health may request quotations from contracted vendors for equipment, staff, and services as needed. The execution of a contract does not guarantee work. Vendors must ensure pre-event coordination, setup, operation, troubleshooting, breakdown, high-quality video and audio coverage, seamless live-streaming and recording, minimal post-production editing, and comprehensive AV support during events.
