Washington County Cooperative Library Services (WCCLS) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to supply physical library materials and comprehensive collection support services for its network of sixteen libraries. - Government Buyer: - Washington County Cooperative Library Services (WCCLS), Oregon - Serves 16 library locations operated by 9 cities and 3 non-profits - Products/Services Requested: - Physical library materials (books, media, and other items) - Selection and collection-development tools - Cataloging and metadata services (bibliographic records) - Shelf-ready processing (labeling, barcoding, etc.) - Acquisitions support, EDI transactions, and reporting/analytics - Delivery and fulfillment services, including potential branch-specific delivery - Notable Requirements: - Vendors must support the Polaris Integrated Library System (ILS) and EDI ordering - Pricing and discounts must be extended to all 12 partner agencies, allowing independent ordering - Anticipated annual physical materials budget exceeds $1 million - Minimum three-year commitment to quoted service levels and discounts - Ability to accommodate WCCLS's preferences for invoicing, processing, and delivery - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Contract(s) will be with WCCLS, but partner agencies may order directly under the same terms
