The City of Homestead is seeking qualified vendors to provide as-needed car wash services for its municipal vehicle fleet. - Government Buyer: - City of Homestead, Facilities Maintenance Division, General Services Administration - Services Requested: - Hand and/or power washing for a variety of city vehicles, including: - General service fleet vehicles - Marked and unmarked police units - Light and medium duty trucks - SUVs and specialty vehicles - Requirements: - Vendors must have proper licensing and insurance - Compliance with all federal and state laws is mandatory - Evaluation based on price, qualifications, experience, ability to meet schedules, mobilization time, and capacity - All materials used must be new and of the highest quality - Site inspection may be required prior to submission - City reserves the right to negotiate, reject, or accept quotations in whole or in part - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Project may include federal grant funding
