Description

This project involves renovations to the existing chemical storage rooms 310 and 311 in Building D at Long Beach Community College District. The scope includes replacement of fume hood, duct, exhaust fan, lighting, power installation for appliances, sink replacement, plumbing, interior painting, and flooring epoxy. The project is divided into two phases: Phase 0 for procurement of materials (50 calendar days) and Phase I for on-site work completion (40 calendar days).
