Description

The City of Georgetown is seeking proposals from qualified Offerors with substantial and relevant experience to serve as a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the construction of the Fire Logistics Building. The selected CMAR will collaborate with City staff and the Architect to ensure an efficient design approach and construction delivery of the project. This solicitation is issued in accordance with Subchapter F of Government Code, Chapter 2269, and the selection will be made through a one-step RFP process. The Architect for the project is BRW Architects. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the City E-bid system by September 1, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT.
