Description

The City of Citrus Heights is seeking proposals from qualified professional consulting firms to update the City's existing Indirect Cost Allocation Plan (ICAP) and develop an internally maintainable cost allocation model. The project includes two components: updating the internal user fee cost allocation to support cost-of-service analysis and user fee updates, and updating the Landscape Maintenance Assessment District (LMAD) cost allocation consistent with relevant California laws. The deliverable is a working Excel model that City staff can maintain annually, along with a narrative report.
