The City of Waco, in collaboration with McLennan County Emergency Assistance District (MCEAD 9-1-1) and McLennan County, is soliciting sealed proposals for a qualified aerial data provider. The contract involves delivering high resolution, 4-band digital orthoimagery and seamless countywide mosaics captured during the early 2027 winter leaf-off window. The acquisition also includes impervious surface changes for the Waco City Limits area of interest plus a half mile buffer.
